Information You Submit
A name, telephone number, or address entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that supplies its results. Brentwood Residents Directory does not retain a duplicate of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the details included in your message and use them to respond.
Automatically Collected Data
Hosting services maintain ordinary server information, such as an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. We review aggregate activity to maintain the service and understand usage. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, when relevant, advertising measurement.
How We Use Information
Information is used to operate the service, resolve technical problems, measure traffic, and improve the reference pages. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services
Links may lead to Williamson County or Tennessee portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search services. Information submitted after leaving this service is governed by the recipient’s policies. Sponsored results are also supplied by a third party.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Providers that host or support the service may process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners can receive the automatic data described above. We disclose information only when required by valid legal process.
Safeguards
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the purposes stated above. There are no visitor accounts, passwords, or user profiles maintained by this service.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and does not target children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask about, correct, or delete personal information a service keeps. The research for this site did not verify a Tennessee general consumer-privacy or universal data-broker deletion statute. Because we retain very little, requests are generally limited to searching the contact mailbox and relevant logs and removing information found there. Use the Contact page to ask. Tennessee state, county, and city records are outside our control; correction or removal questions belong with their custodian under the applicable record law, including the Tennessee Public Records Act, T.C.A. §§ 10-7-501 et seq.
Policy Changes
Any revision will appear on this page. Continuing to use the service after a revision means you accept the updated policy.
